All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind.

Damaged, defective or wrong item?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered, we will replace it free of charge.

How to request a replacement:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order on WhatsApp at +961 81 340 837.
- Send your order number and clear photos or a short video showing the issue.
- Keep the item and its original packaging.

Once we confirm the issue, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost. If the same item is out of stock, we will offer a similar item of equal value.
